Data Retention

SpendLens keeps customer data only for product operation, security, support, billing, and the report history features included in each plan.

Connected cloud data

Read-only cloud metadata, cost signals, resource metadata, opportunity records, ownership workflow records, verification records, and report metadata are retained only as needed for product operation, plan history, support, security, and billing. Optional fallback billing files are processed for the requested analysis; stored report history is based on summaries, findings, usage metadata, and PDF export records rather than a customer-facing raw file archive.

Plan retention

Free accounts do not receive stored report history. Pro accounts may store up to 3 months of report history. Business accounts may store up to 12 months. Enterprise retention is agreed separately. SpendLens provides authenticated retention cleanup for expired stored analyses, opportunities, verification records, findings, PDF export records, and private PDF objects according to these plan windows when scheduled in production.

Deletion controls

Customers can delete their SpendLens account from Settings. Deletion removes SpendLens profile data, stored analyses, opportunities, verification records, findings, usage counters, PDF export records, and private PDF export objects where technically available. Paddle invoices and payment records are retained by Paddle for tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
