SpendLens is operated by Rajdharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as authorized reseller and merchant of record for checkout, tax, invoices, payment records, cancellations, and refunds. This policy is intended to align with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a paid SpendLens subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your territory.

Country-specific rights

Some countries provide statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital products or services. Where those rights apply, Paddle's Refund Policy explains the applicable request period and process. Paddle's policy and buyer terms govern refund handling for purchases made through Paddle Checkout.

Technical or product issues

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents access to the SpendLens features described at purchase, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle support to request a refund review under Paddle's Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net. You may also contact SpendLens billing support at info@rajdharma.co.in and we will help direct you to the appropriate Paddle refund path.

Paddle payment support

Paddle handles payment processing and may contact you about invoices, taxes, fraud checks, chargebacks, cancellations, refunds, or payment records. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method where possible.
