Terms of Service

By using SpendLens, provided by Rajdharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms.

Use of service

SpendLens provides rule-based cloud cost governance analysis from read-only billing exports. Recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee specific savings, billing outcomes, tax treatment, accounting conclusions, or infrastructure changes.

Your data

You retain ownership of all billing data you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with SpendLens and that uploads do not include secrets, passwords, private keys, customer personal data, or other content that is not needed for cloud cost analysis.

Read-only analysis

SpendLens does not require cloud account write access and does not modify infrastructure. You are responsible for validating recommendations with your finance, security, and engineering teams before remediation.

Billing

Paid plans are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record for checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment records. Plan limits, prices, and features may change prospectively.

Prohibited use

You may not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, use SpendLens to process data you are not authorized to share, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Limitation

SpendLens is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for remediation decisions, cloud provider billing changes, missed savings, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
