Terms of Service

By using SpendLens, provided by Rajdharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms.

Use of service

SpendLens provides a cloud savings execution platform for read-only cloud cost detection, savings opportunity workflow, ownership tracking, verification, and executive reporting. Recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee specific savings, billing outcomes, tax treatment, accounting conclusions, or infrastructure changes.

Your data

You retain ownership of customer data processed through SpendLens, including cloud account metadata, cost and usage data, resource metadata, uploaded fallback files, opportunity records, ownership workflow data, and reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect accounts or share data with SpendLens and that customer data does not include secrets, passwords, private keys, customer personal data, or other content that is not needed for cloud savings analysis.

Read-only analysis

SpendLens uses read-only access for connected cloud accounts and does not require cloud account write access for detection or verification. SpendLens does not modify infrastructure. You are responsible for validating recommendations with your finance, security, and engineering teams before remediation.

Billing

Paid plans are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record for checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment records. Plan limits, prices, and features may change prospectively.

Prohibited use

You may not upload malicious files, connect cloud accounts you are not authorized to connect, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, use SpendLens to process data you are not authorized to share, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Limitation

SpendLens is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for remediation decisions, cloud provider billing changes, missed savings, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
